Report of the committee on the public lands, on the bill from the Senate, "To carry into effect the report made to Congress, in February, 1803, by James Madison, then Secretary of State, Albert Gallatin, Scretary of the Treasury, and Levi Lincoln, Attorney General of the United States, commissioners appointed in pursuance of the act, entitled "An act for an amicable settlement of limits with the state of Georgia and authorising the establishment of a government in the Mississippi Territory" in obedience to the principles of the act supplementary to the last mentioned act."
