Book 2 and the appendix have each a special t.-p., that of the latter reading "An eppendix to The history of Independency, being a brief description of some few of Argyle's proceedings, before and since he joined in confederacy with the Independent junlo in England: with a parallel betwixt him and Cromwell, and a caveat to all his seduced adherents ... London, for R. Royston, 1661.
"A list of the names of the members of the House of Commons observing which are officers of the army ... with such summes of money ... as they have given to themselves for service ... against the king and kingdome. Corrected and augmented" (first printed 1648): p. 166-174.
On verso of last leaf of "the III part" is a certificate of the clerk of Parliament, dated March 28, 1660.
