A bit of misinformation goes a long way. A "3rd draft" of the U.S. Constitution was NOT discovered at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania (HSP). It is really too long and complicated an explanation to go into here, so just take my word for it. [Lee Arnold, library director, HSP]
