- Glen Alan Ruzicka grew up in Towson, Md. He earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Emory University and worked at numerous institutions including the Conservation Center for Art and Historic Artifacts, Johns Hopkins University, the Library of Congress, and the Free Library of Philadelphia. He was a professional associate of the American Institute for Conservation of Historic and Artistic Works. He served on the boards of the Pennsylvania Preservation Consortium, the Girard College Historic Resources Committee, and Kimberton Waldorf School. Glen and his wife Molly lived in Kimberton, Pennsylvania. Glen had one son, Thaddeus Glen.
