Chester River Monthly Meeting was established in 1976 by Southern Half-Yearly Meeting. This is currently an active monthly meeting.

Summary:

History and index to burial stones at the Cecil Burial Ground, prepared by its Trustees for the Chester River Monthly Meeting. Chester River assumed the title of the Cecil Burial Ground after 1986, and the study was undertaken in part to locate future burial sites for members of Chester River Monthly Meeting. Also includes (6) photographs of the burial ground and a blueprint.
