- "210 copies printed in red and black on American handmade paper watermarked 'Elston.' Bound in linen spine and blue paper boards, stamped in black on front. Spine stamped in black, with title at head and 'Elston / MDCCCCI' at foot ... Elston Roman type. This is the first book printed in the new Roman type especially cast for the Press in England."--Johnson.
