- Melody Wilding reveals powerful strategies to stop overthinking and deal with your inner critic.
- In this audio-only course from How to Be Awesome at Your Job, Melody Wilding-executive coach and the author of Trust Yourself-explains how to stop overthinking and deal with your inner critic. Melody uses the term "sensitive strivers" to describe highly sensitive and high-achieving professionals. The six traits of sensitive strivers can be summarized using the acronym STRIVE: sensory sensitivity, thoughtfulness, responsibility, inner drive, vigilance, and emotionality. STRIVE strengths can become weaknesses if left unchecked. Becoming aware of these potential dangers is the first step to owning your strength as a sensitive striver. Melody also offers three strategies for taming your inner critic and shares two powerful questions to keep negativity in check. This course was created by Pete Mockaitis of How to Be Awesome at Your Job. We are pleased to offer this training in our library.
