- "הספר תובנות מנהיגות וניהול, מצביע על תובנות העולות מתוך קריאה בפרשות השבוע כשהן מצביעות על דרכי המנהיגות של אבות האומה הישראלית ושל משה. סוגיות מנהיגות וניהול, התעוררו והתרבו יחד עם התפתחות האנושית ותרבותה. המקרא מתעכב עליהן כבר בפרשות השבוע בספר בראשית, בו מובאות תובנותיהם של האבות כמנהיגים של משפחה מורחבת, ובולטת בו תובנת הניהול הכלכלי המוצלח של יוסף בהיותו משנה למלך מצרים. לאחר שיעקב וכל משפחתו המורחבת ירדו למצרים, הפך שבט "בני יעקב" לעם "בני ישראל", אך עקב נסיבות ההיסטוריה הפכו הם בה לעבדים. רק לאחר מאות שנות גלות שיחרר משה את עמו במבצע מרשים, הנודע כ"יציאת מצרים". מפרשות השבוע בספר שמות עד לסיומן בספר דברים, אנו למדים כיצד הצליח משה להנהיג את עם ישראל, עם "קשה עורף", תקופה של כארבעים שנה, לנהל בתנאי מדבר ונדודים, ולהחזירו לארצו שהיתה נתונה בידי זרים. מהכתוב בפרשות אלה ניכרות תובנותיו של משה כמנהיגה של תורת ניהול מודרנית, נוסף על הצלחתו בהנחלת עקרונות לאום, דת ואמונה. מהתעמקות בטקסט המקראי מתגלים עקרונות של ניהול, תכנון, הנהגת סדרי מנהל, שלטון ומשפט, הסברה ואסטרטגיה צבאית ולאומית, שהנהיג משה במסע הגדול"--כריכה אחורית'.
