Summary:
Nathan has recently lost pleasure in many of the interests he normally enjoys. Recently, Nathan’s girlfriend, Lisa, took him to Hawaii to go diving, his favorite activity, and yet he wound up staying on the boat, unable to find the motivation to even go in the water. The episode deeply scared Nathan. Lisa started to record Nathan’s moods in a journal and noticed that these depressed moods often occur once a year around the summer. Nathan is not sure if he agrees with Lisa’s assessment but acknowledges that he remembers a time when he was younger and did not feel this way.
