- Summary:
- Translated from and expanded upon the Carmelite author's Industria spiritualis, first published at Cologne in 1634. The majority of the content is taken up by an extensive catalog of sins, organized according to the Ten Commandments.

- Gatherings A-E and G each consists of 12 leaves printed on one side only, with facing blank pages pasted together; a narrow paper slip has been affixed to the fore-edge of each printed recto and the gutter edge of each printed verso. The text of each sin listed has been cut on three sides, with the left side remaining attached and the right side tucked under the affixed slip.
