Gatherings A-E and G each consists of 12 leaves printed on one side only, with facing blank pages pasted together; a narrow paper slip has been affixed to the fore-edge of each printed recto and the gutter edge of each printed verso. The text of each sin listed has been cut on three sides, with the left side remaining attached and the right side tucked under the affixed slip.
