- Summary:
- This is a manuscript written on the front endpaper of a volume (possibly an oblong printed volume; otherwise, written downward to accommodate the verses); the recipient is identified as Eliʻezer, and he was presented with the volume in honor of his Bar mitzvah on 13 Ṭevet 5599 (year determined from the second chronogram, ג' הא' בו' בירח טבת לפ"ק; other chronogram false). Written in two stanzas of four and five lines in an Ashkenazic (possibly Polish) square script of the early 20th century; item commercial paper with a faint printed grid.
