- Summary:
- Two programs for double bill screenings of Paris is Burning and Man into Woman, in Japan. Paris is Burning documents drag balls of the mid 1980s and the associated queer cultures in New York City at a moment when those cultures were being decimated by the AIDS epidemic and gentrification. Man into Woman is a documentary about one individual's quest for a sexual identity change.
