The history of the literary production of Luis Buñuel is torn between contradictory data and lost documents, as well as vagueness and silences of its author. When we talk about him, what we usually say is that he is the most universal of Spanish filmmakers. The tag is not wrong, but it eludes that, once he had gone through ultraism, he greatly contributed to urbanizing the plot not only of literary surrealism in Spain, but also of cinematographic essayism, of which he was a pioneer. This edition, based on the meeting and critical analysis of all his literary work, is made up of poems, short and hyper-short stories, an unusual foray into dramaturgy and essays on cinema.
