Volvelle, booklet, and sample sheet issued in green paper drop-spine box with four-flap paper wrapper attached to bottom to hold volvelle. Paper title labels attached to front covers of box and booklet. An eye illustration appears on the title labels and front of the volvelle, and is a reproduction of graffiti found by the artist in Philadelphia. Digitally printed.
