- Fragments from Genizah accumulation (with modern paper joints); fragment 1 in Arabic, circa 13th century; fragments 2 and 3 in Arabic, perhaps 11th century (fragment 3 with Hebrew or Judeo-Arabic script, written downward, now faded and illegible, with one folio header visible; additional Hebrew letters on recto); fragment 4 likely taken from a Siddur, with part of Psalms CXIX:93 surviving (לעולם ל]א אשכח פקודיך כי ב[ם חייתני]); other scripts minimally visible); fragment 5 with Hebrew letters (all verso). Fragments 4 and 5 written in 11th century Hebrew scripts, items likely originate in the southwestern Mediterranean area (perhaps North Africa).
