Summary:

Folded four-page greeting card. On page [1], an illustration (signed: Zebbie Renkert) within border of double rules of a horse and a man seated on the porch of a house with a cow-shaped cookie jar on a table between them and a pig lying on its back beside them; the man holds a chocolate-chip cookie in his left hand and exchanges a high-five with the horse with his right. The illustration is surrounded on three sides by a recipe for chocolate chip cookies and has caption "High One and Five when work is done, it's time for milk & cookies." next to the image of a jackrabbit holding a paintbrush, the whole (images and text) within another double-ruled border. The remaining three pages are blanks.
