Board of Assistant Aldermen, September 23, 1833 : the Committee on Police, Watch and Prisons, to whom was reffered the subject of procuring a proper House of Detention in the vicinity of the Park, presented the following report, which was read, laid on the table, and directed to be printed for the use of the members.
