A Particular account of the important trial of James Stuart, Esq., Clerk to the Signet, who was tried before tht High Court of Justiciary, on Monday, 10th June, 1822, for having fought a duel with Sir Alexander Boswell of Auchinleck, on the 26th of March last, in which Sir A. B was killed, and who was unanimously found not guilty, and dismissed from the bar.
