The eight four-color plates were printed by Robert Collins Lithography from laser-scanned separations made at ReproMedia Incorporated, San Francisco. Bindings were executed by The Schuberth Bookbindery. The edition of 550 copies was designed and printed by Jonathan Clark at The Artichoke Press in Mountain View, California."--Colophon.
