- Description: Recordings made during the Oghalo ceremony (title ceremony). During the cermemony men of the community would take titles that would lead them to becoming community leaders and living ancestors. Women would sing praise songs, recalling stories of past ancestors and linking them with the men recieving the titles. The ceremony took place at Idogu's Compound, Edo State, Southern Nigeria.
