Supplemental Seliḥot recorded in manuscript as a liturgical muniment, likely supplementing a printed text; instructions in the manuscript indicate that it was longer than 92 leaves (f. 1v: "קודם לחתן תורה מעונה אלהי קדם... לעיל בדף צ"ב"), and the first leaf is bound out of order (containing the legend of martyrdom of Amnon of Mainz and the composition of U-netanneh tokef, and the greeting for the calling of the Ḥatan Torah from the Simḥat Torah liturgy).

Layout: Written in 26-34 long lines; most folios blind-ruled horizontally; f. 2r-6r numbered by paragraph in Hebrew, 1-12; ink lines divide many Seliḥot.

Script: Written in German-Ashkenazic semicursive and cursive scripts, in multiple hands; certain opening words written in a square script.

Origin: Written in the Swabia-Bavaria environs (which would have made use of the Seliḥot of Swabia; the fifth Seliḥah was extant in print at the time in the Augsburg Seliḥot of 1536 (see Davidson, volume 1 page 301); written likely over a range of dates between 1650-1750 (range of scripts).

Binding: Modern white linen on boards; "סליחות כת"י" on front board; modern endpapers.
