- Notes:
- Cataloged from imperfect copy: all before leaf A2 (including title leaf) wanting. Title and subtitle from running titles on leaves A2r-B3r and B3v-B7v, respectively. Imprint place conjectured from type evidence (compare Type 6:65G bei Antoine Denidel (Paris, Offizin 42) and Type 3:62/63G bei Antoine Chappiel (Paris, Offizin 51) from Typenrepertorium der Wiegendrucke). Publisher not conjectured, but Denis Roce brought out two octavo editions of this work under title "Cura clericalis Lege Relege", each with a final blank leaf, one around 1515 (see Bibliographie des éditions parisiennes du 16e siècle BP16_102729) and the other around 1516 (see Bibliographie des éditions parisiennes du 16e siècle BP16_102984). Imprint date range conjectural: type evidence suggests the first decade of the 16th century; manuscript note in Penn Libraries copy and possible association with Roce suggest the second decade.
- Signatures: A2-8 B⁸ (leaf B8 blank).
- Leaf B8 (blank) has two lines of uninked bearer type (large font), one each at head and tail of leaf.
