- 礼学,既是一个对象,也是一个视角;既是一个范围,也是一个领域.礼学在历史的发展过程中,在礼学家的著述中,呈现出一种解说与论证的多样化学术形式和学术诉求.其与各种思想表达的连接,也有不同的呈现.这是在本书所作的个案考察和论述中所能够看到的.本书选取了魏晋南北朝以降至于宋明一些重要的礼学人物,以八章的规模,或集中或分别地加以考察和论述.首先是王肃,熊安生和皇侃的"礼记"学,以及唐代孔颖达对他们学说的引述和评议,包括后世学者的评价等等方面的研究,即成为第一章的内容.而后将时代跨越到宋代,即李觏,王安石,程颢,程颐,朱熹的礼学思想,分别成为第二章至五章的论述内容,其中,礼学所承载的政治理想,变法实践,以及形而上的理论建构,还有礼学文本体系的重构及对家族之礼的重视,可以说是两宋礼学代表人物的学术与思想之博大精深的体现.吴澄,方孝孺,黄道周,是元明时期礼学著述和思想表达的代表人物,他们的篇章著述与学术思想的表述形式各不相同,本书最后三章选取其特点鲜明的礼学篇章进行考察分析,以呈现其不同样式的礼学思想风貌.
