- Cynthia Nicholas Palikat is an English Lecturer at The University of Melbourne, Australia. She has a PhD in Language and Linguistics also from The University of Melbourne. Paul Gruba is Academic Convenor, Petascale Campus Initiative, Chancellery (Research and Enterprise), University of Melbourne, Australia. He has a PhD in Applied Linguistics from The University of Melbourne. He has more than 30 years' experience of teaching, administration and research.
