Summary:
Manuscript novellae sheet, correlating Talmudic and Halakhic ideas (called Sugyot) likely as a draft sheet for a new work. The first paragraph digresses from Genesis XXI:10 to conversion and mamzerut (Mishnah, Kidushin III:13); the second, third, and fourth paragraphs digress from קידושין בחייבי לאווין to שחיטה בפסולי המוקדשין (see Talmud Bavli Hullin 28a) and connected topics of ritual slaughter; written in an Western Ashkenazic cursive script, with cross-throughs, ink staining, and flourishes above letters. Item previously folded, and cut at top line, with text loss.
