Summary:
First retrospective of Laura Rodig (Los Andes, 1896/1901Santiago, 1972), painter, sculptor, teacher, illustrator and Chilean activist, and is presented at the National Museum of Fine Arts (MNBA), one institution with whom Rodig had a close bond, since she was the creator, in the mid-1960s, of the MNBA Education area, where she worked until shortly before her death. "In Laura Rodig, artistic production is inseparable from her figure and action. His work is not fully understood without regard to her attitudes, her convictions and the tasks she undertook from them: Sculptor, painter, teacher, feminist, publicist, traveler."
