Dakake is Associate Professor of Religious Studies at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. Daniel A. Madigan is Associate Professor and Jeanette W. and Otto J. Ruesch Family Distinguished Jesuit Scholar at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C.
