- The work explores the humanity's loss of control of the technological means. This chaotic relationship is developed through a dystopian soundscape where imaginary post-human voice come out from the machines. The "néguanthropie" is an idea proposed by B. Stiegler as a solution for the problems of our era Anthropocene. The paradoxes between nature and culture become more and more complex and the technological practices are trivialized within the context of globalization. The economic monopolies are created around virtual dreams and the means of production are depleted degrading the earth. In Spanish the term "néganthropique" includes "Tropics" (without any etymological link, to be honest ); nevertheless the tropics are omnipresent in the Anthropocene imaginary as much by the preferred destinations of mass tourism that by the storms and hurricanes. In all cases it will warm up and far away we will hear the fans, turning to cool the servers that host the post-humans. Those beings made of cells, electromechanical prostheses and nanoparticles, partially virtualized, and dreaming of what the land was. This is what Negantrópico is about.
