- The main idea of the piece is the search for new combinations of sonority and microchromatics. All the instruments are treated here as non-tempered (even a grand piano), what is largely achieved by the using of unusual methods of playing instruments. All this creates a specific timbre aura reminiscent of landscape not painted by colors, but by sounds. That is why the title of the piece is formed by the joining of two words: "sound" and "landscape".
