- "This book was set by hand in the Bembo typeface. It was printed on Frankfurt paper using a Vandercook SP20 press. The original photographs were taken by Noel Hawley ... printed by hand by the photographer. The paper for the binding was decorated by Carol Blinn at the Warwick Press. The book was bound by Campbell-Logan Bindery. The book was printed in an edition of 23 fucking copies"--Colophon.
