The Birthday Record contains birth dates of 19 individuals, among them Gibson’s mother Lucy Katherine Gibson (née Hall; 1858-1935); her siblings Sara Wishart Gibson (later Bryan; 1880-1958), Mary Kiser Gibson (1882-1950), Margaret Hall Gibson (1887-1964), Katherine Luna Gibson (later Baker; 1889-1940), Robert MacDowell Gibson (1892-1972), Thomas Hall Gibson (1895-1972), John Bannister Gibson, Jr. (1899-1971), and Richard Bardens Gibson (1901-1969); and friends Beatrice Adams (née Davisson; 1889-1950), Helen Dorcas Below (later Wolf; 1887-1966), Georgia A. O’Neill (1875?-1920?), Georgia Agnes Steen (1878-1913), Mary Vesta Steen (b. 1880), Harry Hyatt Tussey (1886-1966), Joseph Lee Van Dover (1886-1922), and Myra Allen Williams (later Tatum, later Thweatt; b. 1884). The Good Times Record contains entries from 20 October 1911 to 18 August 1912. Among them is an account of the party Elizabeth Gibson hosted for Myra Williams on 16 March 1912 celebrating her engagement to Marion Alfred Tatum (1885-1920) with various items pasted in: four clippings from unidentified newspapers reporting the event, a paper card with photographs of Williams and Tatum within pink heart-shaped borders, and Gibson’s manuscript place card (three cards tied together with pink ribbon: on the first card, Gibson’s name, the date, and an ink sketch of the Mad Hatter and March Hare drinking tea; on the other two cards, a poem in which the Mad Hatter and March Hare discuss the engagement). Also included are several poems in manuscript by Elizabeth Gibson (signed "EmG.", "Betty, Thee Child-Wunder Artist-Poett" and "Betsy, Thee Batty One"), Louis Napoleon Allen (1887-1946; signed "L.N.A."), "Ned Bettel[?]" and "LBN.B" as well as a clipping from unidentified publication containing Frank L. Stanton’s poem "Just A-Wearyin’ for You." Several notes from Elizabeth Gibson’s correspondents are pasted in, including a sheet of letterhead of the Campbell Lumber Company (Kennett, Mo.) containing a clipping from an unidentified newspaper announcing the marriage of Von Mayes (1875-1960) and Irene Haynes (1880-1971) and the manuscript caption "Kidnapped!!!" and a manuscript note signed "A.P.G." containing a photograph of a seated man.
