- Text was originally published in Soundings: Collections of the University Library, Vol. 7, No. 1 (Sept. 1975).
- "The text was set by hand in Bembo type which was cast by Ed Rayher at the Swamp Press and Typefoundry. The display was set in Lilith and the poem in Lutetia. The book was printed on a Vandercook SP20 press on Frankfurt paper bestowed on the printer as a gift from Henry Morris. The book was bound at the Campbell-Logan Bindery using materials chosen by Gregor Campbell. There were a total of twenty-seven copies produced"--Colophon.
