The 2020 4th International Conference on Electronic Information Technology and Computer Engineering (EITCE 2020) was successfully held in the form of online conference on November 6-8, 2020, which should be held in Xiamen, China as planned. EITCE 2020 is hosted by Jimei University, Shanghai University of Engineering Science, co-organized by Hengyang Normal University, Xiamen University Tan Kah Kee College and Global Scientific Research Association. Due to the impact of COVID-19 and travel restrictions, EITCE 2020 was held via online collaboration tool Zoom, which is different from the traditional way. This can not only effectively reduce people gathering and prevent COVID-19, but also enable the scholars to make academic communications as scheduled. The conference mainly focuses on the research fields of Electronic Information Technology and Computer Engineering, and is dedicated to provide the experts, scholars, engineers, etc. from different colleges and universities, research institutes, enterprises and institutions from home and abroad, with an academic platform for sharing of academic research findings, exploration of the cutting-edge engineering issues and discussion on the current opportunities and challenges, in a concerted effort to promote international cooperation and communication and the industrialization of scientific research results.
