Paul R. Bartrop is Professor Emeritus of History at Florida Gulf Coast University, USA, and Visiting Professorial Fellow at the University of New South Wales, Canberra, Australia. He is the author, editor, or co-editor of over 25 books relating to the Holocaust, genocide, and the Second World War.
