- Hardy Hanappi is ad personam chair for Political Economy at the European Commission and director of the Vienna Institute for Political Economy Research (VIPER), Austria. He is the author of South-East Europe in Evolution (Routledge 2015) and co-editor of Theory and Method of Evolutionary Political Economy (Routledge 2017) and Evolutionary Political Economy in Action (Routledge 2017).
