- Summary:
- Follows the efforts of cellist Yo-Yo Ma and landscape designer Julie Moir Messervy to create a formal garden in Boston, based on J.S. Bach's first suite for unaccompanied cello. Woven throughout the film is Ma's performance of the suite. One of a series of films presenting Ma's collaborations with artists from different disciplines, using Bach suites as starting points for new works in those artists' mediums.
