- Summary:
- The first main prosecutor of the International Criminal Court, Luis Moreno-Ocampo indicted people who were accused of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes as defined in international treaties. Prosecutor follows Moreno-Ocampo during his first trial against Congolese army leader Thomas Lubanga, accused of war crimes. The film retraces the history of the controversial Criminal Court and sheds light on the international criticism and problems that a prosecutor without any police power has to face.
