- Summary:
- Examines the increasing numbers of single women in their mid to late thirties who are opting to have children outside of marriage through the process of artificial insemination. Focuses on three women who have, by choice, become single mothers and also Interviews other women who considered it and decided it wasn't for them. Also looks at the burgeoning sperm industry, from artificial insemination trade shows, to custom ordered sperm and the anonymous donors who are helping to create children they will never know.
