Biography/History:
Ellen Marrus is the Royce Till Professor of Law at the University of Houston Law Center (UHLC) and founder and director of the Center for Children, Law & Policy. Pamela Laufer-Ukeles is Professor of Law and Healthcare Administration at the Academic College of Law and Science in Hod Hasharon, Israel.
