- On March 22 (2020), Ariel Mustafa and Daniela Espinoza were forced to close their art gallery Altamira, but they did something to continue to support the artists. With the collaboration of Christian Hausherr, they made a book that fills the void of bibliographic reference of contemporary art in Bolivia since 1989, when the last grand art book about contemporary art in Bolivia was published by Pedro Querejazu. This edition, illustrated with more than 700 color photographs, brings together the work and trajectory of 53 Bolivian artists who stand out for their works, incorporating artists born since 1955, with works created since 1985, under the slogan that in 1982, democracy returned to the country, and with it, a new creative freedom without censorship.
