Building a capacity to recognize, identify, and understand emotions within ourselves and others is crucial for greater interpersonal connection. This course from Chill Anywhere explains the four main areas of emotional intelligence and the concept of emotional literacy. The course goes into naming and recognizing emotions, understanding what an emotion feels like in your body, recognizing emotions in others, and becoming more authentic and present in your interactions with others.
