- Mixtec potter at work at Cuquila; the vessels are of course paste and are shaped by hand; they are build up upon a little board which can be turned around; notice this board, the lump of clay, the shaping tools made of pieces of gourd, all resting on a log which serves as a work table; the vessels are sun dried before baking, 1898-1999.
