"[F]our cancellans leaves were printed (pp. 15-16, 19-20, 25-6, 69-70) and were perhaps inserted in at least a few copies"--Peterson.

Title on leaf [a]4v and text of leaf b1r within ornamental woodcut borders (10a and 10; see Peterson). Twelve-, ten- and six-line initials, most with floriate extensions, throughout text. Printer's device on leaf f3v.
Stanza numbers in red.
