- This is a manuscript of a prayer composed during the reign of Ferdinand I, Emperor of Austria (1793-1875) and Maria Anna, Empress, consort of Ferdinand I, Emperor of Austria (1803-1884; this manuscript refers to her as "Karolina"). The reign of Ferdinand I and Maria Anna Carolina over Austria lasted between 1835-1848 (and ended upon Ferdinand's abdication of the Austrian throne), hence the dating of this manuscript.
