Summary:

Bialostockie studia prawnicze / Bialystok legal studies (BSP) is a journal published under the auspices of the Faculty of Law, University of Bialystok, Poland. Each volume is dedicated to one specific theme. Articles in BSP primarily address traditional questions of legal interest. The scope of the journal includes all branches of law - civil, criminal, administrative, constitutional, corporate, international, European, as well as legal theory. In addition to research articles, BSP publishes book reviews and commentaries. Languages of the published articles include but are not limited to: Polish, English, French, Spanish, German and Russian. The journal is addressed to both theoreticians and practitioners of law at various stages of their careers. Authors include both established and early-career legal scholars and practitioners.
