Two hundred and seventy-four numbered copies of the Limited Edition were bound in quarter cloth by Jack Miller at Custom Bookbinders in Austin. Twenty-six lettered copies of the Deluxe Limited Edition, plus three artist proofs, were bound in quarter leather and enclosed in drop spine boxes produced by Jace Graf and Britt Stadig at Cloverleaf Studio"--Colophon.
