Biography/History:
Philip A. Loubere is an associate professor of Visual Communication at Middle Tennessee State University, USA. He has an MFA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to joining the faculty at MTSU he worked for eighteen years in a professional capacity in information graphics and publication design, twelve of those years for three major metro newspapers, The Seattle Times, the San Jose Mercury News, and The Orange County Register.
