"T. Kinnersley published the Self Interpreting Bible with London imprint in 1816 (first printed 1814) and it was also stereotyped and printed with the same pagination (NNAB). It would seem that ... the Walker editions of 1820 and 1822 may be made up of imported sheets or else were printed from imported plates."--M.T. Hills, English Bible in America, no. 433.
