Summary:
This is a manuscript of a talisman, used for meditation and protection, written around the Tetragrammaton. Cabalistic letter combinations are written together with verses; the 42-letter name of God is written downward at the right margin. Psalm 67 is written in a menorah motif at the center; loops and dots separate the letters framing Psalm 67. Aśegri indicates that he is composing this talisman in Jerusalem, though he comes from Herat, Afghanistan. Written in 22 lines, with all four margins framed by text; written in an Oriental square script typical of Persian and Afghani scribes in the 19th century.
