This book presents the latest advances in laparoscopic spleen surgery. The first chapter reviews current status of laparoscopic spleen surgery, including indications, contraindications, and various types of surgical techniques. In the following three chapters, anatomy of spleen, pathology of spleen diseases, and perioperative management are described.
